Terms and Conditions

Welcome to Daisy's. By placing an order with us, whether online, in-person, or over the phone, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

1. Ordering & Payment

  • Payment Requirement: Full payment is required at the time of ordering to secure your date and initiate production.
  • Order Accuracy: It is the customer's responsibility to review all order details (flavors, quantities, pickup dates, and custom spellings) before finalizing the purchase.

2. Perishable Goods & Food Safety

  • Freshness: Our products (specifically dipped berries and taffy apples) are fresh and highly perishable. We recommend consuming them within 24 hours for optimal quality.
  • Storage: Customers are responsible for following storage instructions (e.g., refrigeration). Daisy's Treats is not liable for products that spoil or melt due to improper handling after they leave our premises.
  • Allergies: Our products are prepared in a kitchen that handles nuts, dairy, gluten, and soy. While we take precautions, we cannot guarantee a 100% allergen-free environment.

3. No Refund & Cancellation Policy

  • All Sales Final: Due to the perishable and custom nature of our treats, we do not offer cash or credit card refunds under any circumstances.
  • Cancellations:
    • Cancellations made [48 hours] or more before the scheduled pickup/delivery will receive Store Credit only.
    • Cancellations made within [48 hours] of the scheduled time are non-refundable and not eligible for store credit.
  • Quality Issues: If you are unsatisfied with the quality of your order, you must notify us within 24 hours of receipt with photographic evidence. At our sole discretion, we may offer a replacement or store credit.

Return and Refund Policy

Here at Daisy's Treats & Bakery, we take great pride in our handcrafted, made-to-order treats. To maintain the highest food safety and quality standards, we adhere to a strict No Refund policy.

1. No Refunds / All Sales Final

Due to the perishable nature of our products—including dipped berries, apples, and specialty chocolates—we do not offer cash, check, or credit card refunds. Once an order is placed and processed, all sales are final.

2. Quality Concerns & Store Credit

Your satisfaction is our priority. If you are unhappy with the quality of your order or if an error was made on our part:

  • Notification: Please contact us within 24 hours of pickup or delivery.
  • Documentation: You must provide a clear photo of the product and a description of the issue.
  • Resolution: At our discretion, we will provide a replacement of the item or issue Store Credit for the value of the product. Store credit can be used toward any future purchase and does not expire.

3. Order Cancellations

Because we source fresh ingredients specifically for your order:

  • Cancellations made [48 hours] or more in advance: You will receive Store Credit for the full amount of your purchase.
  • Cancellations made within [48 hours]: No store credit or replacements will be issued, as your order is already in production.

4. Delivery & Pickups

  • Inaccurate Addresses: We are not responsible for orders that cannot be delivered due to an incorrect address provided by the customer. No refunds or credits will be issued in these cases.
  • Unclaimed Pickups: Orders not picked up by the close of business on your scheduled date are forfeited. Because our treats are fresh and perishable, they cannot be held or resold, and no credit will be issued.
